Any news of a better transfer? The first got terrible reviews.

And they certainly should have stuck to the poster for the cover. One of the most recognizable of all time.

I'm not a fan of big head covers, but at least they made this look fairly classy, which is especially surprising considering some of the hideous covers Paramount has churned out in the past. Of course, Columbia/TriStar Home Video is still the worst, IMO, when it comes to unprofessional, '5 minute Photoshop-job'-looking covers.

I certainly hope so. I have that release and it is TERRIBLE... and I'm not usually someone who notices that sort of thing.

Groucho 08-24-04 10:52 AM

That's actually not too bad.

Preacher 08-24-04 10:55 AM

I came here expecting a big giant dancing head. C'mon stinkeye dance ... Dance for all of us!

adamblast 08-24-04 11:28 AM

Oddly enough, it doesn't. Bacon's giant head compels me to rob banks and cheat on my taxes.

DRG 08-24-04 11:32 AM

This is what Columbia Tri-Star would have done with it...

Don't forget to give him glowing cat eyes.

Are you a professional DVD cover maker? :P

The transfer on the current dvd is good. It looks like a natural film print and normal. Some films are meant to look grainy,it is natural...and the print was obviouslly restored when compared to past home video releases.

I can't dance, but my double, shot with carefully positioned cameras, can tear it up in an abandoned warehouse!

Thx. Nice moves.
