Home Improvement on DVD?
 

Will Home Improvement (my favorite TV show) ever be released on DVD? Anyone heard of this? Or for that matter, anyone other than me that wanna see it on DVD? I loved that show and hope they'll release it soon! :)

We didn't want to break this news until we had more powered-up details, but tonight Wilson leaned over the fence and told us that certain retailers are starting to list this title, even though all they know is a date and a price. So we're revving up the info-engine, and chugging out what little we've got that's rock-solid:

Last May there was a report from a Disney-themed fan site, UltimateDisney.com, that said Home Improvement - Season 1 would arrive on DVD this November 30th.

Now we been informed that the release date is actually November 23rd (before the post-Thanksgiving "Black Friday" sales rush), and that the list price of this set will be $49.99. And we're not Toolin' Around!

Our thanks to Michael Clifton, Jeff Montoya, and others for their heads-ups on this subject. Stay tuned for more; we're firing up the Benford heavy power tools and digging deep for this info!

Welcome. We have threads for what you are getting the week it is to be released. In those you will find a list of people who will also be buying said title like yourself. Best to use those.

We have threads for what every one is getting for the week that they are released. Welcome to the forum. No need to create a thread about every dvd you feel like getting asking if anyone else is going to get it.

I've been waiting for this one since the studios started releasing TV on DVD. It's easily one of my favorite shows of all time, right up there with The Simpsons and Buffy.

Is it up for preorder yet at any sites?

can I just say that I didnt actually ask if Home improvement was being released on dvd I asked if it could be reviewed when it was out - and yes maybe I should have searched the reviews before posting (which I will do in future!!) but I did not know that this was a criminal offence.

I admit that due to a quiet day at work and my "excitement" at joining that I did post a serious of threads that are vague, I was hoping to either obtain some info or start a conversation with other people who might like the above titles.

I do hope this is not how you treat all new members as this makes it seem like you do not want new people to join your forums.
