Dubbed in English?

Amazon.com has started labeling DVDs as "Dubbed in English" for their DVD language notes. Assuming that the fims were FILMED IN ENGLISH, what on earth does this mean? I asked Amazon for an explanatio and they told me they could not explain it. Thanks to anyone who can explain this.

I saw that too. Bizarre and confusing. I hope they correct this.

You haven't seen Star Trek until you've watched it in the original Klingon.

I know, I saw this new listing too. The funny thing is, is that the first couple of movies I checked could have been recorded in other languages, so I thought the "dubbed in English" thing was something specific for those, but it's on every freakin' title now.

That is so weird this was here as I was gonna mention this on another thread, but...I saw that "Chopping Mall" DVD which comes out 8/17 has that as well..."Dubbed in English"; as well as, the upcoming "Night of the Demons". I assumed both of these B-movie staples were originally in English so I had no idea what this means.
I am interested in picking up CM, but what is with this new label?? Someone please enlighten...
