Yes...though I found that I wasn't interested enough in Wonderwoman to buy that one. But the old Superman, Lois & Clark, Flash, etc. wouldn't even be a question. Actually I'd even buy the Dr. Strange movie.

I would buy the first season of the Adventures of Superman (1/2 the black and white shows) Batman, maybe the Flash, and Lois and Clark.

Certainly the '60s Batman - many people are anxious for that one.

I'd like to see the Superman/Aquaman hour make its way to DVD. It was a show that featured three cartoons per episode, one Superman, one Aquaman, and one of either the Flash, Green Lantern, the Teen Titans, the Atom, etc. It was a cool show.

Of course Batman would be great. I'd like to to see the 60's Marvel cartoons. I have a some number generation tape of them and would like to see something better. I would like to check out the Flash series again.

Lois and Clark For Sure. I would also buy the (1 season?) of the Flash that was on in the 90's. It would be a toss-up for the 60's Batman. I believe I've seen every one about 3 times, if there were some amazing extras, I would.

I'd buy Lois & Clark. Also looking forward to The Greatest American Hero. I'd buy Batman if it was loaded with extras (like Adam West/Burt Ward commentaries), but if it were bare bones, I'd probably pass. I remember the live-action Shazam...but I haven't seen it since when I was a kid...I'm guessing it doesn't hold up very well.

Didn't someone from WB mention before that Superman(tv from the 50's) was in the works?

i'd love to see Warner make box sets available of the 60's Filmation cartoons
-Superman/Superboy
-Aquaman
-Batman
-Justice League/ Teen Titans
hopefully after they exhaust the box set collections of the Dini/Timm shows

i would buy Batman (TV series) without much thought( i'm sure we'll see this next year)

i would buy Superman (i'm just as sure we'll start seeing this around the release of the Singer film )

i would probably buy The Flash-had high hopes at the time, but it hasn't held up for me very well.

of all the 70s Marvel tv properties, i thought Dr Strange was actually the most interesting.
if Universal put that out for $10, i'd pick it up
i'd defintely pass on Spider-man and Cap

but the highest property on my list remains

my dvd collection will never feel close to complete until i have a shiny box set of this babe riding the 'ole zephyr winds

Batman, Superboy, and Flash are three I would love to have.

I picked up some rather low quality VHS versions of Shazam and Isis off eBay a couple years ago. Anybody who has fond memories of this as a kid should just leave them as that, memories.

I'd pick up the 60's Batman in season sets.
I'd also dig full seasons of the 80's animated "Spider-man and His Amazing Friends" and the live action 70's Spider-man movies.
I wouldn't mind picking up the Doctor Strange movie, always looked kinda neat.

I remember watching old serials on AMC or TCM of Batman with Robin (I think)? If anybody knows anything about those drop a line, I haven't heard of them since and wonder if their available in any format.

i got a couple VHS boots as well.
one has 4 eps off of what looks to be 16mm, and i taped a few eps of Shazam when TV Land was running it earlier this year (i think they only played 5 or 6 different episodes but kept re-running them).

i still like the shows- much in the same spirit that i now greatly enjoy watching Davey and Goliath- (which was something i actually hated as a kid).
so much of my life (even when i was a kid) has been spent watching cynical and snarky entertainment, its kind of nourishing to soak in the fantasyland of good values lessons for a change.

everytime these shows gets mentioned some one seems to opine that 'they've seen them again recently and they are better left to your memories...
to me that's just missing the point of the shows entirely.
they weren't intended to be Smallville or even Wonder Woman or The Hulk.
they were little doses of 'social engineering' shorts dressed up in superhero costumes.
they aren't that far removed from Jam Handy shorts that tried to teach kids in the 50s how to behave responisbly in a society of post war values.

the cheap production values, the community college level acting, the ham fisted moralizing...that
's the charm of the show

The 1949 serial is on a 2 tape VHS set that's out of print. It's called Batman and Robin: Serial Collection. Amazon has a couple of used copies.

How about "Hero at Large" with John Ritter who decides to become Captain Avenger. That was a pretty good movie back in those days.

I would love to see that get released on DVD.

Adam West Batman
George Reeves Superman

Both of the above are "must haves". The latter is currently being restored by Warners for eventual release

I'd be interested in The Flash series. Mmmmm....Amanda Pays

Surprised no one's mentioned The Green Hornet for those Bruce Lee completists.
