I found two hellboy dvd easter eggs
 

Not sure where to report them either way.
Both on disc one.

1) On the first menu screen press up on introduction, you may have to watch the introduction first to get it.
It's of Del Toro pointing out that the cue card guy has penmenship.

2) On the special features section go the the bottom where it says main menu and press down.
It's a bunch of Del Toro quotes that you can click through.
