La Femme Nikita Season 2 - When will it be released?

Anyone know when La Femme Nikita season 2 will be released? Also why was it recalled? I heard it had something to do with music licensing.

It seems that it was music rights, and there is no new information about when it may be released. I would expect it to have a pretty quick rerelease though.
