Oh, that's easy:

01) Cosmos
- A great show then, and a great show now. Carl makes some pretty hard core science amazingly acessable to the common man.

02) Walking With Dinosaurs/Beasts/Cavemen
- The power of Jurassic Park like CGI used for good instead of evil. And who doesnt love dinosaurs!

03) The Civil War
- A whole lot of information, in a well made and easy to digest format.
