It comes with Minas Tirith.

Minas Morgul will be a mail-in offer similar to what they did for the TTT DVD Gift set that was bundled with Gollum as Sméagol and had the mail-in offer for the numbered/limited companion statue of Gollum as Gollum (limited to 7,500 pcs).

What's that "Creating The Lord of The Rings Symphony" DVD doing there? Is it a bonus item in the Gift Set?
I'm sure it it. Remember the first gift set included the National Geographic disk, so I'm not surprised that this one has a bonus DVD with it.

I'm not sure I get what the thing IS. They don't really look like they could be bookends, since they're both kind of round. Also, what's with it opening up? Is it supposed to be a place to hide stuff or something?

I don't mind being labled as a geek. Being a geek has paid off for me in my professional career. I'm sure I'm doing much better than many of the people who use to make fun of me in High School.

Who's laughing now?

Yeah, that sounds cool, until you realize that further downstream, neighbourhood kids will be poking at your corpse that has washed ashore, and steal the sword.

How fast did the second Gollum statue sell out? Should I be worried that I might not be able to get Minas Morgul? How much time will I have?

If you're not being facetious, then if you look 1 page back it's blue... just like the theatrical cut.

Holy shiznit! That thing looks freakin' beautiful! It will go nicely alongside my Gollum/Smeagol statues. I got lucky with the sendaway Gollum companion piece when I got one of the very low numbers--256, so I'm hoping that I can get yet another low-numbered edition.

More to come as I resize them. Original Poster, if you wish to hotlink these images in the first post, by all means do so.

Forgive me if this has already been mentioned, but have they given the official release date for this yet? I know it's in December, just waiting for the date.

I could've sworn I saw a date listed at the Con along with the description of the set but I don't see it in the photos, so maybe it somewhere else at the Weta area. I'll look around tomorrow and see if I'm going crazy
