Not sure about when he's just out and about but he's real good when he's doing a planned signing. He'll sometimes go overtime to accommodate everyone in line and he'll even chat a bit. That's a good thing if you're close to the front.... bad if you're towards the back.
If it was me, I wouldn't go running up to him with stuff to sign. I'd wait to see if he was just hanging and say hello to see what his mood is. Maybe then ask him nicely if he would sign something.l |

I'm not into the signed DVD thing, don't really get why I would want a DVD signed, it's seems hard to display, I'd rather have something I can frame on a wall. Also not into paying for an autograph, although I have a couple of times.
I have tons of celebrity autographs though, most from an internship I had a few years big in NYC. They are packed up still from moving, but here are pics of a few.
