What do you do for Turkey Day?

I have a vegan friend who refuses to participate. I'll join in.

We've been invited to a friend's home. We're going. She knows I'm vegetarian, so she'll prepare a dish for me.

There are times that I've eaten no more than mashed potatoes, carrots, and cranberry sauce.
