Apollo 13 Blu-Ray 15th vs 100th Anniversary Editions

If you don't know already, Universal has issued yet another BD release for Apollo 13, now commemorating Universal's 100th Anniversary. Is this just a re-badge or is there anything different about it?

Are these releases both flippers. My release says Blu-ray + DVD + digital copy.
