Where can I print a new or custom cover?

Quick question guys, and I'm sorry if my search wasn't extensive enough, but...

If I have a custom cover or something I have, is there any way to have them printed at a shop, like a kinko's or something? If so, is there any recommendations on what kind of paper I'd need?

Any help on this would be appreciated, as I'm fairly new on replacing covers for a BD or DVD.

Thanks!

Sometimes Kinkos will print them. Depends on who the tech is. They can deny you based on copyright and such. It's hit or miss.

You don't have any friends who own a color printer? Not even one?

I myself have one. I'd prefer a higher quality print than an hp inkjet.

What is the best kind of printer to print a cover on and on what kind of paper to get it as close to a retail quality cover as possible ?
