Jet Li Once Upon A Time in China Collection Inserts?

Hi. I picked up the boxset collection of Once Upon A Time in China. #3 had an inserts, but 1 and 2 didn't. I also noticed they also came in those environmental dvd cases. Just Once Upon a Time in China 1 and 2 originally come with an insert?
