Blade: Trinity came with a comic.

I'm not a 100% sure but I believe Stan Lee's Condor & Stan Lee's Mosaic came with comics. But I may be mis-remembering that.

I've been looking through my DVDs recently, debating if I should bag and board those comics. Found a few more...

Halloween: 25 Years of Terror came with a Halloween comic
Stan Lee's Mosaic and Condor DVDs both came with comics

Funny thing that a site I visit on a daily basis is using the list from the OP as a guide for mini-comics. His article credits the site and it has additional info on more mini-comics that are available.
