Blank Hartbox Cases?

Anyone ever seen any import/specialty store that sell blank hartboxes? I'm more curious than anything, since I can barely find any reference to them outside of Italy and Germany, and even then I can't find any stores that sell just the cases. How come these aren't used anywhere else?

I have a few German hartboxes of Italian films, never seen a Italian hartbox before. Why do you want blank ones for?

I'm kind of fascinated by DVD packaging and this is the only style I don't have. Granted, it's an odd hobbie but I try and have at least one example of every common packaging style. More than anything I just find it odd these never caught on since they look pretty cool. I could be wrong about Italian releases - sounds like it's probably a Germany only thng.
