Supernatural Season 4 box problems
 

Hey, I just bought Supernatural Season 4 tonite at Best Buy (awesome lenticular cover btw) and when I got home and slid out the plastic box, I noticed a piece was chipped.

When I open that box, the whole inside was broken. The hinges were snapped and the discs were just floaing randomly in the box.

Is this a known problem or did I just get a crappy copy?

I did move the box around at the store to see if anything was loose and it sounded fine. Going baack tomorrow for an exchange.

Same thing happened with my Smallville Season 8. But Gossip Girl and One Tree Hill I had no problems.
I think its just hit and miss.

It happens occasionally with that type of packaging. When you pick your copy up just give it a little shake and you'll be able to tell. Its because the hinges are so small and the weight of the discs creates more pressure than they can stand when shaken very hard (for example a Best Buy employee dropping the case).

Every dvd I buy in store gets a shake and a listen.
