There's a Best Buy around me that still has a nice amount of copies.
I think people are hesitant to pay $19.99 for a non-theatrical release that's only 64 minutes long.
I'm still thinking it over myself. Between that and $24.99 for the Target Exclusive Quantum of Solace, there's a lot of "maybes" this week.

Is the WWE Royal Rumble 2009 Steelbook only supposed to be available in Canada, or is it supposed to be available in the US too? I ask because I stumbled across a single copy of it mixed in with a couple copies of the regular version at Wal-Mart last night and was able to purchase it for ~$15 + tax. Did I just stumble across one that was here in the a US Wal-Mart by mistake?

Best I can do on short notice is a couple of shots with the camera on my phone.
Edit: Man, they come up real tiny this way, and I can't remember how to resize them if I put them in the body of my actual post, which they're too big in.

That's interesting, my copy doesn't have that sticker about "Only at Wal-Mart Exclusive Collectible Packaging" on it like yours does.

Side to side comparison pics of HMV Canada & Walmart Exclusive Royal Rumble 2009 Steelbook.
Only 2 Rumble steelbooks on my local Wallworld the other one has a sticker w/ the exclusive collectible packaging, while the other one has none & has a lot of dings on the upper right corner.

i happened to see the dog soldiers steelbook at FYE for 14.99...didnt pick it up because i figured since it was a first look itll be coming out other places for less anyways...thought id mention since no one else had yet...

odd...Dog Soldiers isn't scheduled until the 7th. hefty fine if they get caught releasing it early.

I would think it would be more that they might get a delay in new release titles from teh affected distributor in the future if anything.
And, I doubt that anything would happen for a small release like Dog Soldiers. Something that the store got maybe a handful of copies of.

Hay guys, i am new to this whole steelbook thing and wish i got in on it when they came out. I just found a steelbook of Xmen 3 on ebay. Guy at my comic shop told me they are hard to find, not sure if its true since i am a big X-men fan. Is it something i should get in on?
Sorry for being a noob when it comes to this stuff, just sucks learning about it late and missing out.

X-Men 3 is one of the hardest to find, that's true. However, make sure it is in fact a SteelBook, and not the Target Exclusive tin.
