Did Superbad come with a slip cover?
I was wondering if Superbad originally came with a slip cover? I've seen one with Knocked UP, but not Superbad.
Also, do any foreign versions have a slip cover (esp. Australia)
Any info would be appreciated.

actually both us releases did, single disc and special edition.
the german release came with a slipsleeve as well, however i dont think the
australian version did.
