I think the "Dune" VIVA should count as new copies of this title are now in STEELBOOK.

saw about 10 lined up at Best Buy and noticed some had different hinged areas on the spine that now match up to other STEELBOOK releases.

I don't think Band of Brothers is a steelbook, it just happens to come in a tin case.

Very first was The Departed followed by Robocop....I drive my wife crazy looking for steelbook dvds but I can't help it they're just awesome.

Current Collection is: Iron Man, Transformers Autobots and Decepticons, Man on Fire, Cast Away, Beowulf, Bourne Ultimatium, Live free or Die Hard...The Dark Knight has been preordered can't wait for that one.

Dune is indeed in both a Viva Case (grey plastic insert, visible grey hinge) and a SteelBook(TM). They have the same covers front and back, but only one is truly a SteelBook(TM). I've seen them both sitting next to each other, and the Viva one looks bad witht the grey plastic. It does have the exact same dimensions and spine, but if it doesn't say SteelBook(TM) inside, then it isn't.

The Departed was the first one, but have since picked up a few more;

Die Hard
Die Hard 2
Die Hard With a Vengeance
Live Free or Die Hard
Death Proof
Planet Terror
Batman: Gotham Knight
Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles
Cloverfield (Finally found a used one!)
