REQ: Paradise Lost/Paradise Lost 2 custom

I was wondering if anyone has made one custom cover for both

Paradise Lost - The Child Murders at Robin Hood Hills (1996)
and
Paradise Lost 2 - Revelations (2001)

I'd like to put them all in once case.
