Touch of Evil booklet
 

does anyone know how/where I can get the full booklet that used to come in the Touch of Evil DVD? It only has a 1 page chapter list now and I have bought 1 new copy and 1 old copy in hopes of finding the booklet. Someone here suggested Blockbuster but I tried 3 in my area and none even carry Touch of Evil on DVD, let alone have a booklet to give me. If anyone has one I am willing to buy it....any help is appreciated. Thanks,

I pre-ordered Touch of Evil when it was released and all that is there is a chapter list insert. I do remember there was a description of the cancelled documentary "Reconstructing Evil" that was available on-line from some place that was a few pages long that I printed out.
