Stupid GA Hero Question?

Did the Greatest American Hero third season set come with a insert booklet? Mine didn't and I have written to Anchor Bay Twice and they have sent me 2 copies of the 3rd Rock from the Sun Booklet. I Need to know if i am asking for something that dosn't exist.
