Fifth Element: Any Insert?

I was wondering when you people bought your Fifth Element Ultimate Edition, did it come with an insert?

I just got an ad for more DVDs :(

The regular Superbit version comes with an insert. I'll trade you mine for your Ultimate Edition. ;)
