Where to get legal cover art images for business?
My friend owns a video store and I was trying to sell him on the idea of starting a new website where people can send in reservations, check rental hisotry, etc. Anyway, he would obviously like to have cover art and descriptions of movies on this site, but I couldn't tell him what the legal implications are of it. What are the legal ways for showing cover art and DVD descriptions on business websites. Most everything that I have looked at on the studio sites says "limited to personal use, etc, etc"
Anyone have any ideas? I think if he links to Amazon, he can use their data and images, but he doesn't want to do that.
