REQ: Quick Scan of Cookout

I need a scan of Cookout (2004). I need it for the graphic on the back showing the screen format. I'd like one of the widescreen, and one of the fullscreen if possible. It can be a quick job. It doesn't even have to be straight. Just make sure it is at least 150 or 300 dpi, so I can resize it. If you want to just scan the graphic, that would be fine as well, or I can crop it myself. Thanks.
