LOTR case question

I ordered the LOTR case on 12/13, but havent been charged the $3 on my credit card yet. I know it comes out in 8-10 weeks , but has anyone else, NOT been charged that paid by credit card?

Most US based stores charge your CC when the item ships. I guess our CC will get charged just about when our cases are shipped.
