Does the Toy Story 2-pack have an insert?

I was lucky enough to come across a copy of the "Toy Story 2-pack" at a local used DVD store, but it didn't seem to come with an insert. Was there one originally issued with this release?

Yes, I'm about 99% sure... Used to own it (now the ex owns it... sigh).
