How should I sell some dvds?
i've got about 50 dvds for sale and i'm wondering what the best way to go would be. I'm thinking I should probably sell them individually to get the most $... wondering if ebay is the way to go, or Amazon. I've sold on both before with success...
but i'm not sure which one I would expect to get more money on, after all the fees are taken out. |
half.com has worked really well for us
although, half is going away in october, i believe |
I second Half.com, price them low and watch them go!

I'd say ebay or half. For the popular titles that you think would sell quickly, go ebay. Half is great for less popular stuff, because there are no insertion fees....so it can sit for weeks or months and not cost you anything extra. Ebay you'd have to relist it every seven days, which would cost $.30 a pop.

moorehead, where the hell have you been?

I like to sell them on Half rather than eBay. I've also heard good things about the Amazon Marketplace, although I have not yet sold anything there myself.

Try listing them in the DVD Exchange folder. People are buying dvds all the time on there. (If you decide to list them, you have to include a price). And if you're not getting much outside interest on certain titles, you may get some interest for trades.
Best of all, it's free. |
