Cocoon Playback error...?
 

I got my copy of Cocoon yesterday and at 49:00 min which appears to be the layer change, it locks up and skips ahead 30 mintues. It did this on 3 different players. one toshiba, one sony and one panasonic. I am going to take it back to BB and get it exchange but has anyone else reported this problem?? It may just be my copy which has no marks or defects from looking at it.

Edit: Was the WS side only. FS side is okay.

I watched the WS side the other day...no problems.

I didn't have any trouble with my disc either. BTW, great movie.

Cool. Thanks for the feedback. I am going to return it today for another copy. Just a bad one I guess.

Well CRAP in my cornflakes. I got a new copy from another store, first one was from bb.com and this was from instore and still the same problem, just not as bad, it didnt lock up. All 3 players have this problem, weird!

What should I do? Try again at another BB store?

Yeah, try it. My copy of Cocoon worked great, and I've watched it on 2 players (including a cheapo Mintek).

Well third time is the charm! Went to another city BB and got their last copy, works fine. What a pain in the butt for a $10.99 movie :)
