No one wants to answer me in the other forum

No one wants to answer this question in the Club section, so I will try here...

What are the chances that Columbia House DVD Club will have "Elvis: Aloha from Hawaii - Deluxe Edition" when it comes out next month?

I am with jaeufraser and everyone who didn't respond. Who is supposed to know the odds of a dvd hitting CH? If anyone really knows, I'd also like to know the odds on the NBA Finals. Email me.

But seriously, when does CH ever get anything when it is released? Don't they get stuff 6 months after the fact? If that is the case odds are truly slim. Why the rush? If it doesn't come out for another month you still have plenty of time to pre-order it elsewhere.

Wrong. It is closer to 37.18854593% that CH wil have it.

OK, here is a better question...

Has CH ever had a DVD from BMG Distribution?

I didn't see any of them (and I don't any others) on bga's spreadsheet.

Does anyone know any reason why they think it will or won't be carried by Columbia House?

BMG and CH are competitors in other arenas and that is why you do not see CH carrying anything from BMG. If you are looking for a DVD and it is distributed by BMG, there is a 100% chance that it will not be on CH.

Now that is a good answer... not the one I was hoping for, but a good answer.

If someone doesn't respond to your thread when it's in the right forum, bump it instead of posting it in other places. Otherwise, there's no point in having separate forums. Closing.
