How to watch the LOTR trilogy this week or next weekend?
Since ROTK will more or less complete the story, I could sit down and watch all three. However, the EE for ROTK will not be out for some time, and in the past I have always watched the EEs instead of the TEs, though the TEs did get a decent play when they were first released.
My problem is this: having seen the EEs, I now know that significant material is missing from them, at least IMO. I feel that watching the EEs with the TE of ROTK would only make me yearn more for the EE of ROTK as I will know a good amount of material is missing. The same can be said for when I saw TTT in the theater; having seen the EE of FOTR. Anyway, should I watch the trilogy as the two EEs and the TE, or all three as the TEs? Does the fact that this is even of concern to me eliminate me from ever having a legit girlfriend? |
Now watch the Three TEs for the experience.
In November, watch the three EEs and savor the difference. And to answer your last question - YES, unless she's as much of a geek as you are. |

myplan, once all ee's are out... is to consider it a 6 part series--playing one disc a night for 6 nights
