DVD Talk Forum - No Insert

I was just wondering if anyone else gets bugged when they go aout and buy a DVD open it up and find out that there is a place for an insert, but there is none. This has been happening to me for frequently, and it buggs me to see the little hooks to hold it into place, but no booklet... (its actually so big of a pet peeve for me I usually end up making my own). And besides the Friends Series Finale, I have noticed that 95% for the time there are Universal releases: American Pie, Beneath teh Crust, American Wedding, Breakfast club, weird science, sixteen candles, peterpan, seabiscuit... and it goes on...

I got 6 DVDs today and 5 had inserts. :)

So, the way I read it, you do not like that Amaray does not make two types of keep cases. One with clips for an insert and another with no clips for DVDs with no inserts, right?

Why do people care about inserts? I just don't understand it.

It just seems like there should at least be SOMETHING there.I always wonder if it was a mistake when i find no insert for a DVD i buy.
