With Warner Brothers releasing The Flintstones among others what are the chances for Quick Draw McGraw,Yogi Bear,Huckleberry Hound and Space Ghost(original not talk show).

Well, it obviously depends on how these first four releases sell. However, if anyone remembers the "Cartoon Crack-Ups" disc that was released a few years ago, the following are on the cover...

Fred Flintstone (Flintstones S1 3-16)
Scooby-Doo (Scooby-Doo S1&2 3-16)
George Jetson (Jetsons S1 5-11)
Yogi Bear
Huckleberry Hound

My guess is that the next wave of Hanna Barbera sets released will feature Yogi Bear and Huckleberry Hound... and the obvious Season 2's of the Jetsons, Flintstones or Scooby. Quick Draw McGraw could certainly come out too, but Space Ghost is a little different since it's a newer series (relative to these classics) and it has the Coast to Coast sets to compete with. I just don't know about that one. Maybe in a few years when WB has moved up a couple decades to handle series from the 70's and 80's instead of their current focus of 50's and 60's.

The original Space Ghost was aired in 1966 - I wouldn't mind seeing that as well as The Herculoids!

Yes, and no. The original series lasted one season. Then, they made another season of episodes in the 80s. That is "officially" considered season 2, although many people consider them separate series.

I loved Jetsons and Flintstones, I hope they continue to release these, especially since I don't have Boomerang

Digital Bits under the Rumor Mill is reporting that the next Hanna Barbara cartoons will be Top Cat, Wacky Races and The Flinstones Season 2.

Can't wait for Top Cat, one of my all time favorite cartoons.

Top Cat will be a great release. This is a show I haven't seen in about forty years. I can't wait to see T.C. in action again.

Would I be asking for too much if I asked for a Gloop and Gleep running commentary track on a possible Herculoids box set.

There's an episode of Top Cat (along with a Pixie & Dixe and Mr. Jinks cartoon) on the DVD Cartoon Crack-Ups mentioned above by joshualane. The disc sometimes shows up in the Wal-Mart dump bin.

I'd like to see The Lone Ranger cartoons come out on DVD. I'm not sure if that was Hanna-Barberra though. But in any case i'd still like to see these cartoons again. They were great.

The only way I like hold out a Smurf is holding it out underwater for a long period of time. The problem is, I don't know when it's dead since it started out blue.
