Music performances/videos you'd like to see on DVD

So which of those dusty VHS tapes of your faithful musical heroes would you like to see converted to DVD? Or which artists would you like to see releases of who have never even had much released on VHS, let alone DVD?

Here's my list:

Van Halen: Live Without A Net (1986)
Prince and the Revolution: Live (1985)
Sign Of The Times (Prince concert film, 1987)
Styx: Caught In The Act (1983)
King Crimson: Three Of A Perfect Pair (Live In Japan, 1984)
King Crimson: The Noise (Live at Frejus, 1982)
Rush: Exit Stage Left (1981 or 1982)
any mid-1970's Queen concerts that might exist

And for anyone who might like this kind of music, I highly recommend Harry Connick, Jr.'s new "Only You, Live" DVD, recorded in high definition.

Paul McCartney Unplugged. I have a bootleg, but the quality is worse than VHS.

Ozzfest 97? I think. I have it on VHS. I just want it for Neurosis, Earth Crisis, and Sepultura's performances. all great.

I've been waiting for Nirvana Unplugged (and hey how about a real show of theirs too, I mean I want to see them smash some sh** live) for so long. I thought I read something about it being in the works a while ago? Although with all the legal battles between Grohl/Novoselic and Courtney "I Killed Kurt" Love, I'm sure it'll be a long time coming.

Supposedly in the works, but not officially announced: LIVE AID

(I'll be hanging on to the 8 hours I taped at the time because they'll never release all that stuff on DVD.)

Fleetwood Mac Documentary and Live Concert (1981) -The last time I saw this was in the 1980's on an RCA Videodisc! Stevie Nicks does a fun version of "Angel" from the Tusk album in this one.

Fleetwood Mac in Concert: Mirage Tour (1982)

Stevie Nicks in Concert (1983)

Stevie Nicks I Can't Wait - collection of 6 music videos.

I'd like to see:

A Billboard collection of top 20/30 videos of each year (primarily with the 80's)
Alanis Morissette Video Collection
Black and White performances of Oldies Legends in their prime (Little Richard, Buddy Holly, Eddie Cochran, Louis Jordan, etc..)
Faith No More
Van Halen
Pearl Jam
Nirvana

u2 zoo tV
u2 popmart
u2 live at red rocks
Cure Show
Pete Townshend Deep End Live
Rolling Stones Rock and Roll Circus
Beatles Let it Be

That is without even thinking.

DVD has been good for new releases, but the music back catalog has been dissapointing.

Not to steer this thread too far off course, but I totally agree. When I first heard of the "concept" of dvd's I thought, "that would be great for music dvds...better audio...skipping tracks..." I've been pretty dissapointed thus far.

Good call on this. I have the uncut version on vhs but the quality is horrible. I'd also like to see the US Festival Performances also.

Adam and the Ants - Prince Charming Revue and Japan 81
Duran Duran - Live 1982
Iron Maiden - Live After Death
Pink Floyd - NY 1980, Earls court 1981
Ratt - Live 1983
Rainbow - Live Between the Eyes

Just to name a few others...
