It indeed is.

WM Bargain Bin bought strictly for her and the Ramis commentary.

Worth it on both accounts.

She looked fine on my widescreen, as I'm sure she looks on anything.

The aspect ratio is 2.35:1, so unless I'm mistaken on this account he has a zoom feature enabled.

I'm thinking about getting them for my dad, but I am not sure if his room is a little too big for them (about half of a finished basement). I love the look of the cabinets and I hear they sound great, but I need to do an audition one of these days. I just might have to go for Onix's 30-day trial and see for myself.

Well they sounded great in my small apartment living room(about 15x11), however I just bought a new house and I am in the process of setting them up there. They do have a lot of sound and I am sure it will be plenty enough for even a bigger room. I went with the 30-day trial when i bought them (I was sent the two mains and the center as my choice to keep shipping costs down if I was to send them back), I was impressed so I told them to send on the rest and of course they hooked me up with the package price. Super-nice people to deal with. Good luck with whatever you decide!

I need a longer component cable thats why my sound rack is a little cocked, but other then that im happy. What do you guys think about some posters on the wall? It just looks so plain...Just got our basement finished and thats where i hooked up my Theater from my room.

Update - again! I got all 12 of my glass shelves yesterday (and they were heavy!), so next weekend I'm renting a Durango and heading to IKEA to get the bookcases!

Here's a new thought - I think when I get my bookcases, because they're at least 10" deep and a DVD is only 5.25", I may have foam blocks cut. I'll have them cut to a 5" depth, and 1/2 the height and width of the shelf. That way, as in prymal's picture, all of my DVD's will align to the front edge of the shelf. The foam will be dark grey or black, and can easily be removed in the future. Off to investigate foam!!!!

Is it my imagination or do you have low ceilings, or are you extremely tall? Looks like you got 7' ceilings.

Let us know if/where you find foam. I plan on snagging the Billy in a month or so (when I will be driving by Chicago, since the Okea in Atlanta won't be finished for a while I don't think) and would be interested in gettin some foam too... I think I actually might need to get 2 bookcases, yikes!

drjay...

My wife mentioned Garden Ridge, so I'm gonna check them out. She showed me one that she has and it's rigid gray which'd be perfect. I'll check the soft stuff out too. If I can get 5" by 5" by 31" lengths cut, that'd be great. Sorry if that wasn't clear in my last post.

I'll keep ya posted.

Does anybody have these?

http://www.target.com/gp/detail.html...008PC3X#images

They are entertainment cabinets from Target. I thought I once saw somebody here with them. I tried the search but no luck.

I've been in all of these threads and haven't seen that particular model in any pics.

Why don't you go get it and be our first? $99 doesn't seem so bad.

May just have to. The only reason I was asking about it was becuase on the store web site some guy posted that he bought them and that his receiver did not fit. 17 3/4 W. X 17 1/2 D are the dimensions inside. Sounds big enough to me tough. Again I guess I must have saw them somewhere else, but you are right I may have to be the first.

Don't you hate how guzzlefish counts Chow Yun-Fat 4 times for each movie he is in? Your most collected actor should be Sam Jackson or Ah-nold. Man, I have too much time on my hands.
