Yeah, what if you want to throw in Indiana Jones and The Raiders of The Lost Ark??? I guess you can velcro the extra letters to the wall

Please . . . nobody who cares enough about DVD's to have a movie marquee on their wall would ever include the "Indiana Jones and The" at the beginning of that movie title.

True, but it was the longest title I could currently think of off the top of my head!

Hi all. I've been following this thread since it's origin and thought that it might be about time that I contribute to it. I don't post a lot but I do come often to listen to other's thoughts and get news on dvd's etc. Anyway, this is my first time to try this so I hope it works out. I don't have as many DVD's as some of the other's on here, and my TV may not be as big, but I love it all the same, LOL...Here ya go.

iconoclast, those are Ikea Benno DVD racks in your first picture right?
I have never seen them in white before, did you paint them?

Yea they are the Benno CD Towers (not to be confused with the benno cd shelves). They have had the white ones as long as I can remember in the local ikea (San Diego). I just checked and they are in the catalogue.... and the "White foil finish" towers are only 39.99 while the birch/beech ones are 49.99. Good deal and they work pretty good (especially if you have limited space).

Danish all that other stuff is nice, but mad props for still keeping the Dreamcast and N64 in rotation. The shelves are quite cool as well.

I couldn't find this topic in a search, so I thought I'd ask.......

Where can I buy the dvd "marquee" holder? I notice a lot of people have this small holder on top of their entertainment centers that holds the dvd and displays it like a movie poster. I've seen them on E-Bay for $25 US, so I was wondering if there's a cheaper place to get them especially in Canada. Thanks!

Ronin008, I'm pretty sure that TV is one of the current Samsung DLP sets.

In the DVD Hardware forum, there's a sticky thread with places to buy Home Theater accessories. It includes a couple of stores where you can get those...

Not mine, you won´t

It cost me about $150, but its worth it for sure...just the fact that its a original it worth it alone...not to mention the contents

Haven't updated in a while.... and seeing as how I've recently moved and bought a new TV while ... it's time

New Panasonic PT-50LC13 50" LCD RP HDTV and Sony DAV-FC8 system:

(The pillows are there to keep nosey kittens from getting behind everything to chew!)

DVD's now have their own room, (as opposed to taking over the living room).... this is one wall:

The inner 'wall'... side 1 ... and endcap unit:

Inner 'wall' ... side 2 (sorry it's so dark)... and another wall unit on the back wall:

Far wall is all CD's.
