I'm attempting to find out if the so-called "movies" (2-hour episodes) are available as part of the complete season DVD boxes, or does one still need to buy them seperately?

IIRC there are 5 B5 movies (including the original pre-pilot which is already out on DVD). I believe 3 of them are coming out in a set on their own later in the year, I haven't heard anything about the Ranger movie though. All the other eps that were part of the series (although I can't recall any/many specific "to be continued..." eps since the entire thing is one continual story) are in the box sets.

Don't know anythingabout the other two series...

Not quite. The B5 boxed set will include all 5 movies, including the Gathering and In The Beginning again.

Which boxed set are you referring to? A season box set or is there one for just the "movies?"

And no one here followed Hercules & Xena???

There is talk of one just for the movies. Not sure what the date is on it though.

I don't know if this answers your questions, but the 5 Hercules TV movies that precede the series are included in the season 1 box set. Apart from that, they're complete season sets. If the episodes you're talking about are just 2 part episodes or double-length episodes that were part of the regular seasons, I'd assume they'll be in the season sets, for both Hercules and Xena.
