I can't wait to put it together with the first two. Ya know, I'm actually thinking about buying the TE and maybe the Gift set, assuming what the extra is. The TE was one of the best times I've ever had at a movie, and adding more to it might make it too long. Considering I thought the TE was perfect. No question, I'll still get the EE, but I think it might be nice to have the TE as well, just this once I suppose. I've held out on FOTR & TTT. :D

The gift set will include a small replica of Frodo in bed with the other Hobbits jumping around and Gandalf watching with joy!!!!

I'm not buying if those replica aren't having pillow fight!

Am I the only one who thinks this news is pretty much insignificant? The image provided is washed out and you can barely tell it's blue. The box looks the same as the last two, except for the coloring. Not to mention the fact that the image has been posted in at least one other thread. Whoo...

Haha ... I agree. So the box is going to look like the previous two, but it's going to be blue. Other than the color, I don't see any surprises here.

I love that wrapped up Gift Set - it's so mysterious while at the same time saying "Even WE don't know what the hell's going to be in this thing yet."

I think the remark was a joke - as in, this isn't news. We already know that the EE will be 4-discs and the box will be blue. SWF.

Cool! Who'd have guessed the gift set bonus would be a big blue sack? Big enough to hold all 3 extended editions perhaps? I can't wait to get my own ROTK bag!
