Well, I started off the week watching Dr. Jekyll And Mr. Hyde (1932) with the audio commentary. I enjoyed that a great deal. Then I watched Dr. Jekyll And Mr. Hyde (1941).
For the rest of the week, I plan to watch the bonus disc on Once Upon A Time In The West, Adventures Of Captain Marvel, and some episodes of Space: 1999. I am uncertain what I will watch on Saturday and Sunday. |
Don't know when and what days, but this week:
Seabiscuit 10/10. My second favorite of 2003! The Ninth Gate 7/10 Brotherhood of the Wolf 7/10 |
Monday

Old School - Ferrell's genius wasted in old plot. 4/10.
Scenes from a Mall - I'm surprised Allen did this very bad script. 3/10. Tuesday
Angels in America pt.1 - (So far so good). Wednesday
The Last Laugh - A true silent classic. 8/10.
M - The grand-daddy of the thriller. 8/10. Thursday
8 Crazy Nights - ugh. 2/10. Friday
47 Ronin pt. 2 - I was expecting some action but got a good drama. 7/10.
The Guru - Some funny stuff but more plot cliches. 5/10. Saturday
Angels in America pt.2 - While interesting, I don't know if I'd recommend it to people. 6/10.
Taboo - A very different look at the samurai lifestyle. 7/10. Sunday
The Company - Very light in the plot but the dance sequences were mostly good. 6/10.
Girl With a Pearl Earring - I guess its like 'Shakespeare in Love' without the comedy and with better actors. 7/10 |
