Numbers on the sides of Alien dvds?

I just got the Aliens and Alien3 dvds (the 2-disc sets) and they had #'s 11 and 12 respectively, does anyone know what they mean?

They must be the spine numbers Fox is putting on their 2-disc special editions. They've re-released some of their previous SE's like The Abyss and Independence Day with the numbers. I guess they think they're Criterion. :)

does anyone have a list of what SEs 2-disc from Fox have which numbers on the spine ?
