Ikiru Criterion @ Virgin Megastore

Hello everyone,
I was in Virgin Megastore (Columbus, OH) on Christmas Eve and was shocked to see the Cure(kiyoshi kurosawa) DVD by Home Vision out and after I picked it up I noticed 5 copies of Ikiru on the shelf below. I could not believe this b/c both of these titles aren't due out for at least a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, the price was high on both as Virgin sells at MSRP on international titles. Anyway, you might want to check out your local Virgin Megastore. Merry Christmas!

Cool news! I have heard about other people having this already, Was it a 2 disc set?

Yes, it was a 2 disc in the same kind of case as Tokyo Story! The cover is beautiful, I really wanted this but Virgin's price is $39.95!

Very nice. I guess I'll be saving some of that Christmas money for this release.
