Warning - Seabiscuit case
I didn't find a mention of this in a search, but there are some new fangled locks on the Seabiscuit keepcase. Two little tabs above and below the opening slot. Just an FYI...
|
Did you buy it at WalMart??
If so, they have been doing that for a while now. My Star Trek: Nemesis and Bruce Almighty cases (purchased at WalMart) both have them as well... I got Seabiscuit from BB today though and it did not have them, so I bet it is just another WalMart thing. :) |
The one I bought at Wal*Mart today has the locks of which tonyj speaks.
|
Yeah, a bunch of my Walmart discs, especially Universal and Paramount titles have bene like that. But oddly not all of them. Actually are slightly fancier, although also slightly more annoying
|
This was the first case like this I've seen, and I did also get it at Walmart. And, along with the weird locks, there was this thing called a 'book' attached! It's like a script of the movie only with more detail! What a cool idea! rotfl

imagine that...
I boycot Walmart, for reasons I should not bring up here...as I may offend some... And after the TARGET comercial I saw, I just may boycot them as well... Best Buy rules in my book... |
I got mine at Best Buy and it was the one with the free book added.
|
Just curious, which target commercial?
BTW - My case was fine. |
Yeah, my copy of "the Core" had those things too. Very annoying.

I don't think the locks are annoying, and I understand their basis. Someone can't simply slash dowing the cleft and open the DVD.
