Anyone else have a defective WB Arsenic & Old Lace?

Went to watch Arsenic and Old Lace the other night and about 30 minutes into it, the disc started to lock up and finally stopped all together. I took the disc out and looked at it. The reflective layer was all wavy and looked like it had bubbles in it. Almost like it had separated. I know I have watched this at least once with no problems. Anyone else have problems with this disc? Is there a contact number for Warner customer service to exchange defective discs( I have owned it for a while, at least 1 1/2 years and do not remember where I bought it) thanks for any help.

No problems with my disc. This title is still in print. Just take it back to a store that has it in stock and tell them you want to exchange it for the same title. Shouldn't be too much of a problem especially this time of year.

My disc still works perfectly.

Mine is fine. Arsenic & Old Lace was one of the first DVDs I bought back in 2000 when I got my first player.
