gettysburg re release feb 4, 2004 same as old release
 

i just found out via the coming soon page at amazon, that Gettysburg is being re released on dvd on febuary 4, 2004. so i guess thats bad news for all of you people that paid an exorbitant amount of money for this on ebay. and also, lookign at the specs, its the exact same release as the older release.

The laserdisc box still rules this one.

yeah it even camed with a real civel war bullit!

Good news. I had put off buying it for a long time and when I finally decided the time had come, it was out of print. Glad they got the business thing worked out and got it back in print.

yeah...$60 is what I paid back in July or whenever. my world isnt crashing down....I would have HATED to wait any longer for a film I wanted to see/own THEN. 7 months would have been too long for me to wait, even if I knew it was coming out in Feb, back then.

can someone see if this is at any of the b&m stores?

Last time it was in print...the only B&M i could find it at was walmart....never saw it in a CC or BB....probably Borders is a good try though.
