I've seen this scene. It's handled rather awkwardly. The dialogue is ear-bitingly atrocious. I didn't believe their love/lust for a second. I can see why it hit the cutting room floor. Although, that one shot of a solitary tear falling down Chewbacca's cheek was pretty moving.
