No insert in Brother from another Planet dvd?

Hello,

I noticed that there was no insert included in Brother from another Planet dvd. Do MGM dvds have a rep for not including inserts in some of there dvds?

There are no inserts in any of the three recent MGM/IFC John Sayles releases (BfAP, Lianna, or Return of the Secaucus Seven).
