MI-5 Season set question

I see MI-5 is coming to DVD in January and I noticed that the runtime is 360 minutes the the UK version has a runtime of 460 minutes.

Are the US dvd's the cut episodes?

Considering that A&E chopped 15 minutes off each one, changed the title from [spooks] to MI-5 and took a beautiful 16:9 composition and hacked it to 4:3...

.. this would be the year to get yourself a region-free player.

6 episodes . 60 minutes each= 360 minutes.
I'm guessing the UK set's time reflects the extras and episodes time combined.

Yes, I have the R2 set and believe that is the case. The episodes are 55-60 minutes apiece and the rest is the extras, which are quite extensive.
