Does anyone have any contact info for 20th century fox regarding defective discs?

I have a copy of Millers Crossing that's defective... it's way over the 30 day return limit, so i was hoping Fox could provide me with a replacement.

I have the same problem with a Warner disc, and they have been no help. They have no customer service hotline, and they dont answer email.

I got an answer from an email I sent. I guess I sent it to the wrong email address and they replied and said to email this address.

I also have a defective Warner DVD. Our ER Season One freezes during episode two on disc one, side A at around the forty minute mark. I wrote the customer service address on their website and received a reply the next day to write to the address you listed. I've yet to hear back. Aaaarghhhh!!
