Are the current Tremors dvds the best we can expect ?
 

I love these films. They are suitably cheesy in all the best ways :)

However the dvds dont seem to offer much in the way of extras. I dont even think the second one has anamorphic transfer in R1 (although I think the R2 does).

Has anyone heard any rumors of these being rereleased or are the current releases as good as it will get ?

Well if you're a fan of these films (I am, my fave is the 1st) I say go ahead and get the ones that are out right now. Personally I doubt there will be any special rereleases of these in the near future. The first film has a surprisingly good deal of special features.
I own the first, I still need to get the 2nd and 3rd. Although the sequels are inferior films, they are still alot of fun. Can't wait for the enevitable 4th!

and theres always the Series! that looks really good, but flopped badly and may never even come to dvd! pity. :(

and yup the R2 UK Tremors 2 is lovely anamorphic widescreen! :)

Thanks, Ill pick up the first for now. I only saw one episode of the series and quite enjoyed it.

Guess ill wait for the season box set which im sure will come out eventually.
