Found Weird Al video collection early is Sacto Ca

Just wanted to let people is Sacto Ca know that if you are looking for the new Weird Al video collection, they have it out early at the Best Buy in Citrus Heights for $19.99. I picked it up, and it looks and sounds great in 5.1. Later.

$19.99! Ugh!

I ordered it from Amazon.com for less than $13, with STL.

If you have time, can you see if you can find any hidden stuff on there? I heard a rumor it includes his first national television appearance (with Bermuda drumming his accordian case) on the old Tom Snyder show. Thanks.

It's on there in the extras section. Along with clips from his animated show from a few years ago.

What's the release date for this DVD? I ordered it from Weird Al's site and received it yesterday.

Release date is Tuesday. Just got a shipping confirmation from Amazon today. :tu:
From a post at the Weird Al newsgroup:
Full Tomorrow Show appearance. Opening titles, Lousy Haircut, Lasagna and
Livin' In The Fridge from The Weird Al Show, and the Spy Hard and Weird Al
Yankovic credits were added back into Spy Hard. No commenaries that i've found
so far...
It's awesome that they included that Tomorrow Show appearance. There's also an easter egg (at least) on the disc:
Spoiler:
Go to the Extra menu, highlight TWAS, and arrow up.
They didn't say what it is, other than "this is so cool." All these extras are making me want this even more than I had already. Hopefully I'll get it by Tuesday or Wednesday.

I really wish they would have put commentaries for all the videos on this.

Still...hard to complain.

I found the easter egg someone mentioned in the extra's section. The bonus is a live performance of Weird Al playing "My Bologna" by himself with the accordian, it says it was filmed in 1979, it was pretty cool. Al sings "Another one rides the bus" live on the Tom Snyder show in the extra's section.

I was excited about this, until I found out the videos aren't in chronological order. I don't care about the extras, or the new videos, so I'm gonna pass on this one, and hopefully, pick up the OOP release on eBay if the prices ever go down.

You CAN program your DVD player to play them in chronological order, correct?

Probably, but I don't want to bother doing that every time I watch the DVD.
